There are three different types of apps we are accepting at this time. Original Universe (OU), Imported from a previous DW or LJRP game (CR AU), and Original Characters (OCs). If you wish to app with any other kind of character you may ask, and we mods may decide to allow it on a case by case basis.

Original Universe Apps:

General
Canon Source: Where series/book/movie/game/etc your character is from
Canon Format: Is it a book? Is it a Manga? Is it a video game? Are you using multiple sources?
Character's Name: Pretty self explanatory
Character's Age: If they don't have a canon age, feel free to estimate.
Canon Point: The chapter, episode, or other defining point you're taking your character from.

<big>Character History:</big> This is the part where you either tell us the character's history, or you link us to a wiki, or the source material. A wiki is preferable, but not every character has a good wiki in which case you may have to write your own history for them. Please keep it less than 1k words.

<big>Character Abilities:</big> This is an important section because every member of the Order of Heroes is expected to fight in some manner or another. If your character is incapable of fighting in traditional methods in their canon, please describe a way your character would be willing to learn to fight, or will be capable of fighting when summoned. Many heroes fight using all manner of weapons, like throwing rubber ducks while charging around in a bath-towel, so rest assured there is a way for your character to fight. If you are unable to come up with one, one will be assigned to you. If you want one to be assigned to you, simply state as such in the application.

<big>Inventory:</big> Clothes/Weapons/Pets/Pokemon/etc. This may directly relate to your character's abilities, so this is also a fairly important portion of the application! We ask that you go with no more than five items, and no more than six summons/pokemon/pets. An item can have multiple parts such as a key chain with several keys on it, but not a backpack full of twenty different items. If your character is a mecha pilot they can in fact bring their mecha with them, but they may find that it is much smaller than they remembered it, and its power may be far more miniscule than it normally would be. Remember that the power of your abilities is directly correlated to how active you are in this comm!

If your character has control over any legendary pokemon, they may not bring them into this game (Unless the character is the pokemon like Mewtwo).  If your character can summon gods, they cannot be summoned into this world by your character (No Bahamut summons, but Leviathan is fine).  If your character summons or controls beings that speak English, and clearly are their own character while summoned, we'll allow you to play with them if you can demonstrate you have a good voice for said characters.  You will need to provide examples with them in the sample section below if you wish to do so.  If you do not wish to do so, the summon/character will simply be a hollow echo of their usual selves.

<big>Character Samples"</big> You may either link five threads, One journal Entry, or your Test Drive Meme. This is arguably the most important part of the application, because we'll be looking to hear your character's voice in these samples. If you wish to provide additional samples you may do so, but the mod reviewing your app might still only look at the first five unless they were going to ask for revisions.

Do you wish to play a seasonal alt variation of your character? This can be a Christmas theme, or Halloween theme, or even a pirate theme, but the character will be stuck with this theme the entire time you play. Choose carefully.
